We’ve said it before, Josh is loud, but now we have proof. At a recent show at Founders they measured his acoustic drum sound (no PA) at 108 decibels, exceeding the dB limit for the room by 3 dB’s. In other words, Josh doesn’t need a PA, or a band, to violate a city noise ordinance.
So tell me something I don’t know?
Keep in mind this was measured at the ceiling near the middle of the room, so somewhere between 50-100 feet away his drumming is louder than a jackhammer. It’s closer to a steel mill, auto horn at 1 meter, or “live rock music.”
Josh Stacey. Louder than music.
